Awesome answer about coffee on quora

Just read this answer to a question on quora about coffee.

I’ll have to agree, I have been walking in Melbourne and in a little side street I’ve found a little coffee stand and it has been some of the best coffee I have ever tasted.

Now we’re talking!

Can’t wait till these are released

We’re nearing the final bend now, and it’s hugely exciting to be at this point! Yesterday the production line fired up and produced the first full batch of C-Samples and here they come!

To get to this point, is incredibly exciting and I’m hugely grateful to everyone in our team who’ve been here with me in China, and the team at home for continuing to refine the hardware and the app at home.

Marc in particular has had a huge month spending all of it between Shanghai (over seeing manufacture of the control boards) and here in Shenzhen doing anything and everything required to support the production team at the factory and get the bulbs working perfectly.

Time to adapt to mobile and Siri

I found this on linked in and it came from a Futurist and Innovation expert. The advice in there is pretty good but i’m wondering if this isn’t already mainstream.

I read the article and much of it doesn’t come as a surprise, it’s more a ‘yep, heard that before’. But the one thing i found useful was the adoption of Siri, this i think is a winner.

How you do this is yet to be determined. It would be nice if you could say ‘Siri, purchase a bike pump and have it delivered here’. Siri would need to know what bike tyre valve you have, how much you’d be willing to spend and where you live. This may be a little far off but it would almost be like having you’re own personal assistant.

Anyway, enjoy the read.

If you believe in the change we helped initiate this years, I encourage you to support Sergey for W3C Technical Architecture Group – here is why.

But you are probably weary of hearing about W3C Elections.  I get it.  To be honest, I am a bit weary myself.  We’ve done a lot in a very short time and it can begin to seem like it will never end.

But, in fact, it will end very soon:  Midnight tomorrow to be exact (Tues, July 16th 2003).  Whether you do anything or not, when you wake up on Weds, it will be over.

Do something.

Until then, you still have a chance to make a difference!  Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more!!  Unlike committing your life to a battle, it really couldn’t be easier to support the cause of reform we helped get rolling this year:

  • If you…
