Remember this excel connection string parameter when you’re trying to import data in SSIS and the columns have mixed data types i.e. the column has floats and strings.
You’ll save some hair off the top of your head…

Would love to see this in Queensland
I often read about these events in other countries and would love to be apart of one here in Australia / Queensland.
There isn’t enough of this kind of community events in my area. Maybe i need to get out more.

Performance on SSIS Raw Files and In Memory Record Sets
This helped me out today. I was trying to store my temp data in memory but turns out i’m probably better putting it to a raw file.
